Virtual Wedding Planning and Design Services for All Engaged Couples
Our goal is to help you, your fiancé, family and friends remain as stress free as possible on the biggest day of your lives by providing visuals and/or documents that they can use as a check list as they set up for you day of.
Virtual Wedding Planning
This is for all my busy professionals out there. I know you must be thinking, how am I going to have the time to pull an entire wedding together and where do I even begin?! That’s where we come in!
This service is $1,500 and includes:
- Access to shared google drive which has lots of helpful planning tools and documents we will fill out over our time of planning
- Timeline questionnaire sent to you once booked and within that next week I will begin your timeline draft, and we will schedule a kick off call to go through the timeline and everything in the google drive to get you planning your dream wedding in an organized way
- Review vendor contracts to make sure there are no gaps in who is providing what
-(6) 1 hour meetings with Ashlie to review planning checklist, go over questions, design, couples to do lists etc. spaced out as necessary over engagement period.
- Design concept boards and sourcing guide of where to rent or buy decor to achieve the design
- Email correspondence as needed for duration of package
- Coordination with Vendors month of to ensure they have the timeline and all that they need day of
- Rehearsal guide to send to person helping run rehearsal for you
- PDF’s of everything needed for your point of contact person day of from decor set up notes to timelines for vendors

Virtual Wedding Design
This service is $1,000 and includes:
- Access to shared google drive with design planning documents
- After booking a questionnaire will be sent to you regarding your design and then we will schedule a 1 hour kick off call to go through your vision
-(3) 1 hour meetings with Ashlie to discuss all things design and review documents I put together for you
- Design concept boards and sourcing guide of where to rent or buy decor near your venue to achieve the design
- Email correspondence to discuss design as needed for duration of package
- PDF’s of everything needed for your point of contact person day of to set up and use our files we worked on as check lists and visuals to put everything together

1 Hour Virtual Planning Call
Questions about the overwhelming planning process? Get your wedding planning journey off on the right foot by meeting with us and asking all the questions. Or use this time to go over something specific you send us ahead of time such as contract review, design review, etc.
$150 an hour
- To go over anything you have questions on or need help with!
Bundle and save for 3 or more calls it’s $125 an hour!

Why should I hire you?
I have been a wedding planner for 4 years now and coordinated over 130 weddings. I have the knowledge, planning tools and guidance that can help you throughout this process. You may not need a wedding planner day of but you do need a plan and I can help you make those plans and set you and your set up crew for the best success possible.
4. Will you be on site coordinating day of?
No, our virtual planning services are meant to help you completely virtually through phone and e-mail. We will set you up best we can and give you documents to share with your set up crew day of so they have a checklist and timeline to work off of and have as little stress as possible.
5. Can you recommend vendors?
Due to the fact that we are helping you virtually, we could be located in a completely different state than you, so we can definitely help review contracts for you and search for vendors in your area on your behalf but it is likely we haven’t worked with them before and would have to go off of reviews to know if they are good to work with.
