This is for all my busy professionals out there. I know you must be thinking, how am I going to have the time to pull an entire wedding together and where do I even begin?! That’s where we come in!
This service is $1,500 and includes:
- Access to shared google drive which has lots of helpful planning tools and documents we will fill out over our time of planning
- Timeline questionnaire sent to you once booked and within that next week I will begin your timeline draft, and we will schedule a kick off call to go through the timeline and everything in the google drive to get you planning your dream wedding in an organized way
- Review vendor contracts to make sure there are no gaps in who is providing what
-(6) 1 hour meetings with Ashlie to review planning checklist, go over questions, design, couples to do lists etc. spaced out as necessary over engagement period.
- Design concept boards and sourcing guide of where to rent or buy decor to achieve the design
- Email correspondence as needed for duration of package
- Coordination with Vendors month of to ensure they have the timeline and all that they need day of
- Rehearsal guide to send to person helping run rehearsal for you
- PDF’s of everything needed for your point of contact person day of from decor set up notes to timelines for vendors
