Wedding Planning and Design

STARTING AT $6,500

This is for all my busy professional friends out there. I know you must be thinking, how am I going to have the time to pull an entire wedding together and where do I even begin?! That’s where we come in!

This service includes:

- Creation of wedding timeline shortly after we are hired so we can be sure you hire your vendors for the right amount of time

- Access to google drive which has lots of helpful planning tools and documents we will fill out over our time of planning

- We will reach out to potential vendors inquiring with them for availability and quotes

- (12) 1 hour meetings with Ashlie to review planning checklist, go over questions, design, etc. Plus unlimited e-mail correspondence.

- Venue walk-through (mileage fee may apply)

- Full design including concept boards and sourcing/pricing document

- Myself or a member of my team will be on site to assist with rehearsal

Day Of:

- Up to 12 hours of assistance

- We will set up your decor around your venue, greet and direct guests and vendors, organize the bridal party for the ceremony processional, assist you as the couple to ensure you have all you need throughout the day, keep the timeline on track, coordinate with vendors throughout the day, and assist in tear down of the decor

- We also do something really unique that others now pay a separate vendor for and that is creating behind the scenes videos of your day that we load to your google drive after your wedding so you can relive the day through our eyes before you receive your professional video and make any reels or tik toks with it that you want

- We will also bring our wedding day emergency kit (a suitcase) full of items such as; zip ties, scissors, tape, tide pens, tooth paste etc.

Partial Planning and Design

STARTING AT: $4,500

This service includes:

- Creation of wedding timeline draft shortly after we are hired so you can hire the rest of your vendors for the right amount of time.

- Access to google drive planning documents and vendor recommendations

- 2 Hour kick off call once I have timeline draft ready to go over timeline and also your design vision, color and style preferences.

- (2) 1 hour long planning meetings leading up to your wedding month to be scheduled how you prefer

- Venue walk-through (mileage fee may apply)

- Specially curated concept boards to visualize your wedding design before making any final rental selections

- Sourcing document with each area of the venue that is being decorated itemized with each item, where it is being rented or purchased from, color, price before tax/delivery, etc. This allows you to know roughly what things will cost before approving the design and making rental/purchase decisions.

Month Of:

- (4) 1 hour meetings to go over all the final details

- Communication with your venue and all your vendors ensuring all details and expectations are coordinated

- Unlimited email correspondence

- A member of my team will be on site to assist with rehearsal

Day Of:

- Your lead coordinator and assistant coordinator will be on site providing up to 12 hours of assistance

wedding coordination Known as “month / Day of”

Starting at $2,500

This service includes:

- Creation of wedding timeline draft shortly after we are hired so you can hire the rest of your vendors for the right amount of time.

- Access to google drive planning documents and vendor recommendations

- 1 Hour kick off call once I have timeline draft ready

- Rental decor meeting at our showroom in Orting, WA whenever you are solid on your colors.

- Venue walk-through (mileage fee may apply)

Month Of:

- (4) 1 hour meetings to go over all you’ve planned so far to make sure we are aware of all the details.

- Communication with your venue and all your vendors ensuring timeline, details and expectations are coordinated

- Unlimited email correspondence

- A member of my team will be on site to assist with rehearsal

Day Of:

- Your lead coordinator and assistant coordinator will be on site providing up to 12 hours of assistance

Decor Set Up and Teardown

Starting at $1,000

This service includes:

- 1 hour rental decor meeting with the Designs By Ashlie Smith Owner Ashlie, in our showroom

- Within that hour meeting we will hash out all you’ll need for your decor around your venue and create a itemized list per area of your venue intended to make set up day of a breeze

Month Of:

- We will check in to set up a 1 hour check in call to go over any updates you may have for us in order to finalize your decor set up notes

Day Of:

- One of Designs By Ashlie Smith’s Coordinators will arrive to your venue bringing the decor rentals we are providing, we will take everything out of the packaging and once linens are set on the tables will set up the decor we brought around the venue

- Then end of the night we will arrive back and tear down the decor and package back up and take with us

- Up to 4 hours included day of for set up/tear down
